What content marketing tactics should I focus on?

Most of our clients have limited budget and time to devote to marketing their business. So, it’s important to spend resources on the best tactics that drive the needed results.
Unfortunately, there is no one content marketing initiative for immediate growth. However, there are a couple of tactics that have proven to engage target audiences and provide a higher return on investment. We’ve outline three that will help you make the biggest impact with the smallest investment. They are:

1. Email Marketing

No matter how we feel about email marketing, it’s projected by the end of 2023 there will be 4.3 billion people who use email. This makes email marketing an easy way for you to reach your target audience. In fact, 81% of small business report that email is their primary lead generation and retention tool. Email marketing allows you to build a personal relationship with clients. You can send customers newsletters or ask for feedback on their experience or most recent situation.

2. Put Your Audience First

Effective content marketing should put your audience’s needs first. It’s tempting to showcase how great your firm or services are, but instead focus on how this can benefit consumers. Know your client profile and persona and speak in the terms of your client’s needs and wants. Your product or service should come up, but it shouldn’t be the only thing you focus on.

3. Consider Livestreaming

Livestreams are more engaging and effective. Going “live” is more personal and your audience can chat with your firm in real time, which is an excellent way to build deeper connections with prospective and current clients.
You can live stream to make announcements about an upcoming event or promotions. You can also give a product demonstration, or even host a Q&A session. No one expects perfect but they do expect personal. Livestreaming allows you to inexpensively converse with a larger audience and offers you content that you can cross promote and leverage in other marketing tactics.
